Audio Visual Connections provided a top to bottom (sound, plasma, external speakers, etc.) home installation for us several years ago, and the system has worked problem free except for a couple of minor glitches not related to the installation. In those few instances, the 2 principals in this company immediately responded to our calls and completely corrected the problem. Most importantly, the principals are always available for guidance as we learned to operate the system and added functions, such as wireless interfaces.

We used Mark @ 4 years ago to assist in upgrading our audio/video equipment. Not only were he and his employees efficient, but he came out to our house several times at no charge to help my husband and I work the new remote. So, we naturally called him to help us upgrade our equipment and purchase a flat panel TV. He suggested the system have room for add on's and that could not have been better advise since we have added several new components in other rooms in the house. Mark's installation group are perfectionist, always cleaning up so that the work area looked better after they finished than when they came in to do the work and their wiring is second to none we have experienced, keeping the wire exposure to an absolute minimum. If you are thinking of adding or expanding your audio/video system in your home or office, you would be wise to include Mark. I met Mark Ice at a stop light and wrote down his telephone number as we were heading into Southwood one morning. I called him up a few months later to come over to my house and seek his advice, expertise on the purchase and installation of an HD system in my family and master bedroom. In using his advice I purchased my own tv's and upgraded stereo systems. I purchased from him the in-wall speakers, cables, unified remotes, etc. Installing tv's & sound systems today is now very complicated and not simple in order to maximize each component's capabilities. Mark showed me this when each system was installed after a number of man hours of work by his expert staff.
