This is an abbreviation for Closed Circuit TV or Closed Camera TV which is basically camera systems for the home. These systems can be attached to a clients Security system and/or tied to the house video system ( TV’s and LCD keypads ) to view with a push of a button. These systems can be accessed from a local keypad or wireless remote. Depending on the system one installs, clients can also have remote access from a PC or lap top to their CCTV system while in or away from home.
